We’re looking for Operators to lead the Sacred Session — to guide heat & cold with care.

An Operator leads the Sacred Session. Three rounds of heat. The cold plunge. Breath, and a held silence.
You set the pace. You read the room. You hold sixty minutes for a group of strangers, and you make it feel like care.
This is not a role you perform. It is a room you hold. It is a craft — and we will teach it to you.
You notice people. You make room for whoever walks in.
You care about the small things. Temperature, timing, the turn of the light.
You can be still. You can hold a silence without filling it.
Experience in facilitation helps. Comfort with heat and cold helps. It is not required. Training is provided. You will learn with us before you ever lead alone.
