*Open Sauna is not available during guided sessions due to that mood only got one sauna at the location. Please note that we have some morning and lunch classes that might affect the opening hours above.

*At Slakthuset we have two separate saunas, which allows us to offer Open Sauna for longer hours. All Open Sauna bookings take place in our SMALL sauna, with space for a maximum of 8 guests.
Before your Open Sauna visit
Please make sure to bring:
- Towel
- Swimwear
- Water bottle – recommended
- Slippers / flip-flops – recommended
You will receive all practical information, including your access code, in your booking confirmation email.
If you haven’t received the email, please first check your spam/junk folder and search for “Booking Confirmation”. If you still can’t find it, contact us as soon as possible at info@thesacredsauna.com so we can help you before your visit.
IMPORTANT: If you’re the first guest on site, the sauna may not be warm when you arrive. You may need to switch it on yourself on the panel and it can take around 10 minutes to reach temperature. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit. The toilets are located on Mood’s second floor, one level below us. There is a public toilet available there for 12 SEK, so we recommend using it before or after your session if needed. Slakthuset got a toilet on site.

Book open saunaHow the open sauna works — from booking to the last plunge, on your own rhythm.
Pick the timeslot that fits your day. One pass gives you two full hours of the space: Morning, midday, or late evening. Please make sure to bring:Towel & Swimwear. You will receive all practical information, including your access code, in your booking confirmation email.
No front desk, no queue. Please check your booking confirmation before your visit. It contains important information about access, door codes and anything else you need to know before arriving.
*If you’re the first guest on site, you may also need to switch on the sauna yourself. It takes around 10 minutes to heat up.
Sauna, cold plunge, showers, stillness. No Operator and no schedule. Just heat and cold, taken at your own pace.
*Other guests may have booked Open Sauna during the same time. If you want the sauna completely private for your group, go to Private Events.
