One credit equals one seat in one Sacred Session. You can pay for a single session directly at checkout, or buy credits in a pack - one credit is used per person, per session, so to bring others you just need enough seats.

Please note that memberships and discounted credit packs, such as 10-packs or 20-packs, are personal and cannot be shared or used to book for someone else.

Three ways: pay for a single session at checkout, buy a credit pack, or join as a member. Packs bring the price per session down, and members get the best rate of all. Open sauna is separate and doesn't need credits.

Yes. When you book a session, you can add extra tickets for the people joining you - just select the number of seats you need at checkout. Note that you, as the person booking, need to be present at the session.

Credits you buy in a bundle (5 or 10) are valid for 365 days from purchase, so there's no rush to use them.

*Memberships don't use credits at all - they give you unlimited Open Sauna and Member Sauna access directly, with Sacred Sessions either included (Unlimited) or at the member price (Sacred Member).

A single Sacred Session is 349 SEK. Buying credits in a pack lowers the price per session.

Members pay less: Sacred Member books at 199 SEK per session, and Sacred Unlimited has them included with no per-session fee.

Bundle credits (credit packs) and memberships are personal and can only be used for your own spot. You can still book or add friends to your session, but their spots will be charged at the standard price.

If you don’t have a credit pack or membership, you can still add as many spots as you need when booking, making it super easy to book for a group.

A Sacred Session is a 60-minute guided sauna experience combining heat, cold plunges, breathwork, essential oils, music and meditation. Throughout the session, we also include pulse-raising movements and mobility exercises designed to activate the body, increase circulation and complement the heat and cold experience. The session is divided into three sauna rounds, with breaks for cold plunges, recovery and guided movement in between.

Pauses are possible in specific circumstances such as pregnancy or injury, and we may ask for documentation. Vacation or short-term illness aren't grounds for a pause. Get in touch if you'd like to request one.

Cancel at least 24 hours before and you get credit/credits back - single purchases and credits are returned as credits

No. The cold plunge is part of the Sacred experience, but it’s always optional. Listen to your body and do what feels right for you. Shower is however always a good idea!

We currently have locations at Slakthusområdet (Hallvägen 7A, Johanneshov) and Mood (Mäster Samuelsgatan 18), with more Sacred Sauna locations on the way. Make sure you check which location you booked before heading to your session.

Yes! Gift cards are available through our website and make a great gift for someone who could use a little more heat, cold and recovery in their life. The recipient can use the value towards their booking and pay the difference if they choose something that costs more etc.
